HRLokacija hotela i to da smo uspjeli rezervirati parking je jedino po čemu mogu pozitivno ocijeniti ovaj hotel. Za hotel sa zvjezdice to baš nije dovoljno - nekako bi i prihvatili to da cijena smještaja nije bila u skladu sa zvjezdicama :-(
U sobi se nalazilo kuhalo za vodu sa šalicama za čaj i kavu, ali nije bilo ni kave niti vrećice čaja. U mini baru nije bilo ništa, a hotel sa 4 zvjezdice nije osigurao gratis bocu vode koji je uobičajeno da bude dostupno. Doručak sa limitiranim izborom, suhim kruhom za tost i sa stolnjacima koji su više na nivou nekog jeftinog lokala. Restoran je na 6. katu pa eto bar smo imali uzvišen pogled ako ne ništa. Bilo bi i drugih komentara..ali ostanimo samo na ovima

L'albergo è una struttura in posizione centralissima e dio tile epoca anni '70. Necessita di manutenzione: ad esempio la finestra non chiudeva ermeticamente e filtrava tutto il rumore della piazza antistante oltre ad aver trovato che la doccia non scaricava acqua per intasamento dello scarico per il quale sono subito intervenuti
DEDas Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt (Nähe zum Alten Bazar mit vielen Essens- und Shopping-Möglichkeiten und zum Flussufer und weiteren sehenswerten Plätzen). Parkplätze waren am Hotel vorhanden, die notwendig Zufahrt über die Fußgängerzone wurde nach Anruf im Hotel vom Hotelpersonal freigegeben (Poller)
Der Safe hat leider nicht funktioniert, die Kühlleistung der Klimaanlage war sehr schwach (große Hitze außerhalb).
CHZentraler geht es nicht, da die Lage inmitten der Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, wenn auch Teile des Mobiliars einer Überholung bedürfen. Daher waren die 5Sterne wohl eher Landeskategorie und entsprechen nicht internationalem Standard. Frühstücksbuffet war inclusive mit guter Auswahl an Speisen.
Obwohl man mir die Reparatur der Klimaanlage zusagte, passierte nichts. Tagsüber waren es locker 28Grad im Zimmer. Bei offenem Fenster konnte ich dann schlafen, da es nachts gut abkühlte
