Stone Bridge Hotel

1. Excellent location (close to the main attractions and departure points for excursions/trips); 2. Stunning view from the rooms facing the Stone Bridge — in good weather, you can even see the mountains in the distance (I was lucky enough to get that view); 3. Comfortable bed; 4. It was 90% clean (small things stood out, such as a very dirty ventilation grille); 5. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

1. The hotel standard definitely does not deserve 5 stars (in fact, the sign at the front already shows 4 stars) — the place feels very retro and it’s obvious that its best years are long behind it; 2. The windows and doors are not soundproof at all. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are sensitive to noise, as you can clearly hear everything happening outside (beggars often play drums on the bridge, dogs bark, various groups gather in front of the hotel, and nearby venues play loud music); 3. Speaking of noise — there is loud synth-style music blasting in the elevator and in the breakfast area, and it honestly becomes very irritating after a while; 4. The breakfast was decent overall, but very repetitive and most of the products were of poor quality (toast bread without a toaster, low-quality chocolate sauce, mediocre sausages, and soggy fries). Exactly the same food was served every day — it was fine for a day or two, but by the third day we honestly did not feel like going anymore. The fresh and delicious vegetables were the only thing that really saved it.
