The new employee’s attitude and professionalism

Two of the front desk employees were amazing. Friendly, engaging, accommodating.

Needs some work cosmetically. Bathroom was in rough shape.

The staff were awsone,,everyone including people cleaning the rooms were extremely nice and accommodating

Pretty small item,,but I like having gravy with my scrambled eggs,,that being said,,the breakfast and lady in charge of it were great

The hotel had good breakfast. Typical American breakfast. There is a parking lot next to the hotel but it’s pricey ($20 per night). The hotel room was very nice and big. Very clean.

The parking was expensive. It’s a little more outside from Downtown Milwaukee.

The prices and front desk services were great

I had a family emergency and had to leave two days early from my original check out date but could not get refund and the breakfast times should be a little more accommodating seeing that I was there for relaxing I wasn’t able to catch breakfast or order to my room due to no delivery to room from dasher and breakfast began and ends early. Also the 50$ security deposit per night in stead of just one security deposit per stay was not to pleasant either

La gestione amministrativa. Non so cosa abbiano combinato un amministrazione, ma con le preautorizzazioni mi hanno bloccato oltre 700 euro sulla carta, per 25 gioni.

The price

The incorrect information from staff regarding breakfast times, the bedframe was loud and made noise everytime I moved in the bed, not enough pillows, multiple guests were arguing and screaming in the hallway for hours on my "quiet" floor the staff did nothing. It was very hard staying asleep.

The location was not too far from the main downtown area and accessible both walking and with public transportation (the bus). The staff was very friendly and pleasant. They were supportive when I needed help and had questions. The breakfast was good and a variety of self-serve choices were offered. The shuttle service was also another great perk for getting around the city. The rooms were comfortable and a good size.

The behavior of some of the other guests at this hotel was disturbing. There was a-lot of screaming, fighting, loud music, swearing, doors slamming, people banging on doors/walls. There was a mother screaming at her children and threatening them in the room across from me. Another night there was a couple physically fighting with each other in the room next to me and the cops actually showed up later, banging on the door and waking me up at around 3 am. Another night there were people partying, laughing, screaming, and blasting music until after midnight. Staff was responsive when I informed them, but unfortunately this type of guest behavior seemed to be common during my stay. The doors/walls are thin and don't offer much in sound reduction.
