Large and comfortable rooms. For me the reception staff was amazing. Very friendly , welcoming and helpful.

It was clean, comfortable, the bath towels were nice, the free breakfast was nice and I appreciated the 11 am checkout.

The room doors were quite loud when people shut them and the people in the room next door were excessively loud several times by banging into the walls and slamming things like their door.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to many attractions. Breakfast had daily varieties and was well maintained.

The police had to be called to break up a rowdy crowd in the hallway around midnight. having to pay $10 a night for parking was ridiculous.

Great location if you are going to a concert at the Rave. Comfortable beds, clean shower, and great front desk staff. Quick check in and check out without any surprise charges.

The floor behind the headboard needs a good cleaning. Nothing terrible, but not great either. I get it, it is not a typical spot that room service can reach with their vacuum, but maybe once every few weeks rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning.
