Unit was located close to everything

Door was open on arrival. Bed had been slept in but not made, shower had not been cleaned and dirty towels were in bathroom. No clean towels available, rubbish bin was full. There was an issue with plumbing the following day (affected whole complex) and toilets were not able to be flushed. I messaged the owner to notify them cleaner had not been but did not receive a response.
