Матрас в одной из спален был устаревший, пружины очень жесткие и сифон под раковиной протекал!

It’s near from Hapjeong station, Sangsu Station, 7011 Bus, Daiso, many cafes & convenience stores, and most of all, I didn’t expect that the red road with cherry blossom is here 😭 The place is clean and same with the photos shown.

It’s on the 3rd flr so dont bring heavy luggage if you’re alone. No water dispenser so you have to buy your own drinking water. please clean the bathroom sink.

Affordable price compared to other options in Seoul and location in the lively and close enough (by Seoul's standards) to the historical part of the city. It's a short walk to the river. The design of the apartment is quite nice.

This is the case when the apartment looks much better in the picture than it does. The apartment was very dirty - the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty (the mirror was completely covered in toothpaste splatters, there was also mold in the bathroom). The whole stay in the apartment smelled very bad from the kitchen sink. The bed in one of the rooms is absolutely horrible, it literally takes your body away from it, and the linens, judging by the smell, were not clean either (but the second room is a little more spacious and nice, and has a comfortable bed). All the plants in the apartment are fake and have a layer of dust on them.

We had a comfortable stay. We booked it because the recent reviews were good and the price was quite cheap. When I asked the host, he said that the bad reviews were written a long time ago, before the interior renovation. As he said, it seems to have been remodeled relatively recently. I was worried because there were no pictures of the bathroom, but the floor tiles were as clean as new. As a result, we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

The streets can be confusing at night. The photos the host sent helped us find the accommodation. The exterior looks like an old building, but the interior is clean and well-decorated. Keep in mind that you have to climb a few stairs, but not many.
