The property felt really secure and was had plenty of space for a group of 5 adults. The host was hospitable and was very responsive to messages.

The beds are uncomfortably hard unfortunately.

It was really cozy and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy and it was quiet and dark at night time! Our host was incredibly helpful and very responsive to anything we needed. We would definitely come back. There were 5 of us in total and it worked really well.

The Guest house is in a quiet but great location with shops and a restaurant over the road and only a 2 min walk from Brimsdown train station with trains running every 30 min to the nearest tube station (Tottenham Hale) which took 7 min so it was great for us to explore London. The guest house was very clean and of a good size for 2 adults and 3 children. We found everything we needed in the property with regards to preparing meals in the evening ( Cooking utensils etc) and plenty of cleaning products and new Cloths / Sponges to clean up afterwards. The two double beds were very comfortable and the living/dining room area was very nice with a large smart TV and fast WiFi throughout the property. The owner was very kind, helpful and welcoming and even offered our children the use of his private garden to play in. I would definitely stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

The only negatives were that the Sofabed is not comfortable to sleep well on (even with the mattress topper supplied) as it's far too hard and that as we are a family of five , we would have liked to have had a slightly larger dining table with a few more chairs as only 2 people could sit and eat at the table. Please don't let this put you off though as the positives of this property far outweigh the negatives.
