I liked how clean and private it was also it felt really like home and was very welcoming 😊

There was nothing I didn't like about the space it had everything we needed and was perfect

Clean and tidy and very attentive owner.

Sofa wasn’t the most comfortable

The property was easy to find and immaculate. The owner was really helpful and gave us lots of local information re local transport, shops, bars restaurants etc. The accommodation had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend to anybody looking for accommodation in London at a reasonable rate.

Fabulous accommodation and great communication throughout from the owners who were so helpful. Off-street parking and close to Brimsdown train station that took us straight into Liverpool Street. Exceeded our expectations.

The host was very helpful providing the wifi & food recommendations. Parking at the front of the house was a bonus, with a great convenience store over the road & lots of meal options to choose from. Lovely large TV & a great base if travelling into the city by train.

Would have been good if there was a welcome pack for visitors with all the relevant info & perhaps privacy glazing on the glass facing into the garden as felt like we were intruding on the family. Also the sofa was really uncomfortable particularly in warm conditions, to improve it we ended up sitting on pillows!

Brilliant stay perfect for a group easy to find excellent tube links all round great place I would defo recommend
