GBThe location was good - central to the island so everything was accessible. The area was quiet and we weren't disturbed by anyone. It was useful having a seperate dining and lounge area.
2nd bathroom was off the kitchen, not the bedroom, this was not obvious from the pictures. Downstairs shower was dirty, lots of hairs in shower cubicle and also soap left by a previous guest balanced in a box on top of the shower unit. Previous guests also left half eaten food in kitchen cupboards - very questionable board games left in second bedroom wardrobe! Main bedroom upstairs, had to crawl under the bed to plug in the bedside lamp, which frustratingly didn't work. Mismatched hangers in wardrobe and not enough of them. Television on a very low stand so it coiuld be seen by one person but not the other. Nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries other than balanced on the sink or on the edge of the bath. Glass table in lounge needs repair, we tried to move it but was very precarious so left it alone. The courtyard garden looks quite bleak - could do with some plants to cheer it up and create interest.
GBVery spacious, everything was clean and not worn out. Mosquitos was not a problem at all when we used plug in repellant. Kitchen was fully equipped including non stick frying pan and sharp knifes. Beds are very firm but toppers making them very comfy. Extra beds in living room are very useful. Very quiet place, perfect to rest and not far from Newport. Even bus stop it's very close but better to have own car.

Was in the middle of a run down area with significant mosquitos and flies. As such, nighttime was extremely frustrating with bites and such.
GBThe accommodation was clean and comfortable. Very quiet, which was lovely. Close to local amenities in Newport and central to the island. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was great for knocking up a cooked breakfast. Mosquito nets over the beds really helped to keep any pests away.

Dated decor, uncomfortable sofa bed. IOW festival and monkeys were loud but I guess to be expected.
