IEGBVery clean. It was very well stocked with crockery, pans etc. Well stocked with cleaning products, toilet rolls etc. Small but adequate outside space. Very comfortable & homely. Quiet. Close to restaurant & bar. Good value for the money.
Ran out of hot water very quickly. There was an old clock in lounge that chimed, it was a disturbance in the night especially if someone had been sleeping on sofa beds in there.

the property has a huge land which full of inserts and mosquitos, plus the property is south facing which means open windows will let all the mosquitos in, first night I had killed almost 60 of them

INGBLovely house, lots of space and great location. Close to Newport, and Monkey Haven which is a fab day out and great cafe. Loved the homely feel of the house. Felt right at home! Nice touches with books, games and bits in the kitchen. Good range of equipment in kitchen too.
Quilts on beds great for winter but bit hot for summer. Also place mats and coasters would have been useful. We ate in with our friends a few times and we were worried about damaging the lovely furniture! Mosquitoes a bit of a pain this week - outside space lovely but didn't use it.

GBThe accommodation was clean, fully equipped, and a great central location on the island. Even the furthest point was within 30 minute drive. It was everything it said on the tin and more. The staff were responsive. We had an issue with the wifi which was quickly resolved with the minimum od effort. Thank you so much
An outside light would be nice as when taking our dog out at night it was pitch black outside.
GBIt is a gorgeous big house, very comfortable for a group of four. Has a small back yard with outdoor furniture.
There were a lot of mosquitoes, not an issue with the house per se but we weren’t ready at all. We have been to lots of places in the UK and never had this problem before. Every night we got lots of mosquito bites and we couldn’t sleep. So, as an advice for all traveling to Isle of Wight, prepare for this. And as a suggestion to the host, please provide some mosquito repellent.
