GBPrivate seating area outside. The convenience of having a downstairs shower room as well as the upstairs bathroom. Always plenty of hot water.
Lack of a few extras in the kitchen needed for a self-catering family. eg. saucepans and table mats/coasters. Also crockery suitable for microwave use.
NZThis was exceptional value for money. Very spacious with everything you could possibly need. The location is 10 minutes from Osborne House, Quarr Abbey and the ferry.
GBThe location was perfect, lovely set back out the way for abit of privacy, the sun was on the garden from 7am every morning and throughout the whole day, was a stunning location, I traveled with 2 dogs and a autistic child 3yrs old and we all absolutly loved it, would definitely stay here again.
The cobwebs and spiders out of high places and in corners of the skirting boards could of been removed

The counter above the fridge got very hot and the fridge smelt when opened. Came back to the cottage one evening to a truck parked in the designated space for the cottage, 1 hour later the door to the cottage was opened with a gentleman asking if we should have left the property, we explained we had paid until Friday, he apologised and moved his vehicle. Found it quite rude that he didn’t knock first, just opened the door.

Could have done with a tea towel and a separate bin inside for recycling but that’s all.
