We didnt know its a private property. Sink smell bad, not sure if can request for extra towel or pillow, no slippers, bathroom door have no lock, no information how to check in and check out, not sure is it us who broke the shower faucet or memang dah sampai hayat dia tercabut tak boleh fix sendiri juga. Texted the issue but no reply.

I did know that,even it is sterling suite,the operator is not the same staff,in the room don have any minerals water bottle, tissues,a bit smelly,don have sanitary kit

The room has a musty smell , the toilet is not very clean, and provide extra pillows. Please provide an air freshener because the bad smell is very strong.
