MYThe price is much lower than the hotel counterpart, but you still get shared access to amenities like the gym and swimming pool, which was a nice perk. The availability of accommodating 3 pax in 1 unit. The location is quite central and convenient, with a 24-hour convenience store in the building. Overall, a good choice for budget-conscious travelers who don’t mind minor maintenance issues and a more hands-on check-in/out process.
There’s no self-check-in and check-out, which made arrangement a bit more cumbersome. Hygiene could be better, particularly the condition of the shower and toilet. There was also a leakage issue under the pantry sink with a plastic bag wrapped around the pipe, which suggested they knew about it but didn’t inform us. We wouldn’t have minded, as there was another sink in the bathroom, but it would have saved us the trouble of cleaning up.
