Dan, Mya and Nicole are just amazing. So friendly and helpful with how to get around and the accommodation is perfect for a trip to Hakuba. Delicious, fresh breakfast every day, hot onsens and spaces to hang out and socialise. 10/10 recommend, we can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic 7-night stay here in Hakuba. Dan and the team (Chris, Mai, and Nicole) were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a relaxed, cozy atmosphere that made it a great base for our trip. The drying and storage rooms for gear were fantastic and well thought out, beds were very comfortable, the onsens in the pension were perfect after a day on the slopes, and the included breakfast each morning was a great start to the day. One of the best conveniences was the daily shuttle service to the nearby ski hills, which made getting around Hakuba super easy. Dan and his team were even kind enough to host a ramen night at his favourite spot and cook a BBQ for the lodge which we enjoyed immensely especially as getting dinner in the area can be a bit tricky sometimes. Overall we had a wonderful week and would happily stay here again. A great option if you're looking for a friendly, laid-back place to stay with easy access to the mountains.

The only thing that could have been better was more storage in the bedrooms for clothing.

The team working makes you feel right at home! We had never been to the area and the staff gave us insight from where the good food was, where to get rental gear, how to navigate the bus system, and preferences on mountains each day! It truly feels like they invite you into their home.

After thinking a lot about this... I'm not sure there was anything I "didn't like" about our stay here!

Bathroom a bit small for a big guy

Close to Echo land and transport. The staff gave us a lift to the slopes in the morning and were super helpful explaining the easiest ways back. Breakfast was a winner and spa’s at the accomodation are an awesome addition. Staff were lovely and easy to communicate with, they all went the extra mile wherever they could to help

It was super clean and super tidy, all the spaces were tidy and roomy. The breakfasts were incredible and super yummy and within a reasonable time frame in the mornings. Excellent drop offs and pick ups!

Everything was super good - no complaints

Cosy little place with not too many guests, fairly close to 7-11 and Echoland restaurants. Excellent service.
