Localisation is good - close to the beach and city center. Washing machine is available

Impossible to contact the owner when needed. The owner did not provide the code for getting the key to the room. I stayed for 1 hour outside the door trying to reach the owner and it was only after I called Booking.com that the owner sent me the code. It is not a reliable place.

Both double bed and sofa bed were comfortable ,good shower ,nice balcony

Very poor communication from Host only gave entry pin number late in day and on arrival key touchpad did not work. Had to use key from key safe .One key in safe to share with 5 apartments.Later in week a tenant found key missing from key safe and the host failed to answer the phone leaving this tenant to have to go and stay with a friend.Don’t know how long the key touch pad has been faulty but there are 5 apartments generating £2500 for the owner each week .No excuse for host not to repair the touchpad as a matter of urgency Apartment was not well cleaned with hair ,stains from previous occupiers.Plates in cupboard had to be washed before use.Only one mug and 2 glasses .Mircrowave unusable as no adapter.

Good house, it was clean

The location is good, 5 minutes from the seafront, a few minutes from the means of transport and shops. The apartment is spacious, renovated building.

The main reason why I do not recommend it is the problem of access to the building. While some tourists have the key to the entrance to the building, which they use to lock the door, others only receive an access code. Thus, we had to wait for more than an hour, everytime we need to go in or to get out, in front of the entrance until the tourists came with the keys. We were locked in the building until other tourists came out to unlock our door. These waiting hours, I can say that they spoiled our feeling of comfort and vacation. In addition, during these days it was not possible to contact any of the numbers mentioned in the room or on the booking. Absolutely no one answered Whatsapp messages or calls. The TV remote control was missing and we were told that maybe the tourists before us had lost it. For a 7-night stay, the bathroom was only equipped with one piece of toilet paper and the liquid soap container was full of water. The shower pressure was extremely low, making it very difficult to use. There was only one UK socket adapter in the whole apartment, and the equipment was for ordinary sockets, so we could only use one socket... to charge the phone, the lamp, the kettle, the microwave.

Very nice apartment, very good service. 100% recommended.

Could be better water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink.

The property has very strong humidity that cannot be tolerated. I slept with the room door that opens to the balcony open due to humidity The bed was dirty, the cover was dirty and the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way When I arrived I waited an hour until they sent me the information to get into the property The only thing I liked was the location

Lovely apartment, very spacious, nice and clean.

Only couple of little things, the lid had to be held shut on the kettle, and we didn't get sent the codes for the doors before arrival.
