Perfect location, it felt quite luxurious.

There was an old mozzarella stick left in the oven, I don't think the oven had been cleaned.

Internet was fast enough, a good location in the city centre. I recommend staying in this property if you are planning a family trip or a budget holiday.

It was like a student accomodation - no good utensils for cooking, a cheap TV which takes forever to load youtube or netflix, filthy sofa seats covered with hairs (when you flip the seat cusions).

Perfect location, the apartment is located in walking distance of the shops (the high street has everything), pubs and places to eat. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could need. Lucy was really helpful, thank you. Having a parking space right outside was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and absolutely would stay again.

I didn't receive the email with instructions and access codes before I arrived .So that I had to solve the problem outside the door with a lot of luggage.

Excellent location for staying in Chelmsford. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. Good parking and communictaion was good.

The bedrooms were cramped, the double beds were comfortable but having people over 6ft in our family meant the double beds and duvets were too small. Uncomfortable tiny sofa - too small for 2 people to sit comfortably - and chair. Washing machine was not user friendly.
