New London Life Executive Apartments

There was a problem with the bathroom shower tap. Unfortunately, hot water adjustment was not possible. It was very difficult to turn, but unfortunately, the last 2 days the tap stopped working. The flat has a heating problem, cold air comes form the windows, the windows are constantly sweating and the flat is not fully heated. The inside of the pots in the kitchen was old and there was 1 pan and it was scratched inside. The kitchen pots need to be replaced. 1 chair is needed in the bedroom to put our belongings on it.

Great location to the town centre

Nice apartment but it was grubby and grimy, certainly in the kitchen, even had a dirty sheet and pillow cases left in the washing machine when we arrived :((

Lovely and clean apartment at a great location Very good for families

The only thing is that the lift doesn't go up to the 3rd floor and with suitcases it's a bit awkward

I would have preferred a king size bed in a property of this standard Please could you add some hooks for coats and towels The large balcony windows need a good clean

Apartment was very misleading, description when booking said there was a balcony and a nice view, arrived and no balcony or view. When questioned the property said I didn’t book an apartment with a balcony and I read the property description not apartment description, however there wasn’t an option of booking any different type of apartment so I had no way of knowing I wasn’t booking one with a balcony as per description? The host rudely told me this was my misunderstanding and not there’s! As well as this the property had a £75 cleaning fee and it was filthy on arrival. All washing up needed redoing before we could eat of the plates and use the glasses. Dust on every skirting board and mysterious stains up all the cupboards.
