Great location, quiet, comfortable and relaxing.

No Air conditioning (but it was pretty hot and I’ve lived in America for 20 years).

Not anything really.

Initial supplies provided were very limited. Property was not clean and dishes were left unclean. It seems like no one inspected the property prior to giving to a new customer. Beds are not comfortable at all.

Damp smell in bathroom. Not very clean and building work being carried out whilst trying to work. Extremely noisy for over 3 hours. Apartment opposite have been smoking and the smell filled the hallway

Super comfortable and practical accommodation, with a brilliant location! The staff were really helpful, and having a gym and a supermarket right across the street was just perfect. Couldn’t recommend it more. I’ll definitely be back next time I need to stay in Chelmsford 🙋🏻‍♀️ Thanks a lot!

Only Location.

When I entered the room, there was someone else's clothes. I had to leave them outside the door. Also, the house had not been cleaned. The bed sheets and pillow cases were used and wrinkled. There was hair on the floor. I had to clean it myself. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty. It had not been cleaned. There was hair and dust on the seats. Also, since I arrived home late in the evening, the place where I was going to get the key was very dark, I was very scared while walking to the parking lot. I tried for 15 minutes to open the box where the key was placed. The place where the key is is very lonely and the key box is very difficult to open. You should find another solution. You need to enter the house with a password. It would be safer if the key box was inside the apartment.
