The location was not easy to find

Very comfortable! Great location! Next to shops and the Chelmsford city park. Beautiful! We may book again.

Cleaning was dusty. Spoke to the owner about it. We were happy with it. Parking is extra andvyou better have a small car.

Location in the centre of town, penthouse aspect. Spacious rooms. Nice view into local park.

Balcony in desperate need of a clean, ditto the windows. (They were cleaned after we notified them). Persistent strong sewage stench in basement (access to car park).

The location was excellent. Two bathrooms was great. Kitchen and laundry were exceptional.

The entry instructions were not clear to us. Once the keys were retrieved there were no instructions that a fob was used to enter the front of the building. We went in through the back door in the carpark then opened the front door from inside. Later another person entering the property told us about the fob being used at the front door. The cleaning was not acceptable in that there were dust balls coming from under the bed and furniture when windows were opened due to it being too hot inside. There was insufficient toilet paper for a seven night stay. The dining chairs had wobbly legs, and unsafe. The lounges were too small for comfort watching television, if four people were to actually stay. Beds were too small.
