Perfect location and great size. Comfortable beds and great amenities. Also nicely decorated.

The cleaning wasn’t great - crumbs on the sofa, shower could do with a scrub and new shower heads as they go in all directions! Also the toilet brush is need of replacing. Minor issues but overall great!

Loved the location. The quality of finish and the cleanliness.

No staff available at check in or throughout the stay. As it fell between Xmas and new year and on a weekend. This meant key issues relating to booking parking were unanswered. Booking.com advert says “parking available” when in reality it has to be booked and paid for, and works out at nearly 20% of each night stay. So in the absence of being able to speak to someone or get a reply from an email, there is no out of hours service, and no service at all on a weekend it seems. Parking fines for parking elsewhere may well prove to spoil this trip at £100 per 24 hours. Cleaners lovely, met them at check out. This company’s checkout email was however just cheeky and rude in my opinion, filled with warnings that 1minute over the checkout time of 10am would result in one full days charge being applied. (Yeah right) just scaremongering and aggressive. Then expecting me to “wash up, load the dish washer and empty the bins” 😂😂😂 while charging me £75 for cleaners for the privilege. Email clearly written by a deluded imbecile.
