Location is fab When you report issues, the team are helpful and responsive!

Poor organisation...we had to be moved. The listing says ground floor but it definitely isn't.. Though there is a lift. Cleaning is a problem. There seems to be miscommunication between the cleaning and planning team. Though they do help once your contact them.

Difficulty accessing keys (Son had to phone and get info/instructions) Didn’t like having to take out own rubbish Would have liked a brief ‘instruction’ sheet re lights, extremely hot water etc
