I was very disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The place was not that clean, There wasn’t even a vacuum available, and the bed sheets were not clean they were smelly. Several items in the apartment were broken, including the clothes stand. The host took it to replace it but never brought it back. Communication was also a major issue. The host did not respond to most of my messages. I asked multiple times for the correct internet password with a strong connection, and although he said he would send it, he never did. One of my main requirements was wheelchair access. The host told me there would be no steps, but the main entrance had steps, making it very difficult. There was one entrance without steps, but cars were always parked in front of it, blocking access. I also requested a viewing several times before booking, but the host refused, saying there were guests. However, during our stay, he came and asked for permission to show the apartment to others, which was very inconsistent and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, broken facilities, and misleading information made the stay very disappointing.

Location was perfectly matched for us.

Carpets were not clean enough. After sleeping on the double bed in the small room, we got skin itching.

Lovely apartment. Spacious, decent size rooms and bathroom.

Smelled a little of stale smoking on arrival but air freshener soon cleared that.
