His customer relationship and communication is just too poor, lack of experience and professionalism. This kind of person shouldn’t be allowed in booking.com that we all believed in. - No WiFi, he is telling me to get WiFi from neighbours from other flats. - No bulbs in all the rooms, myself and my family all slept in the dark - Mould all other everywhere in the bathroom - Toilet seat is broken and he left it just like that

No food is done here

The property was no clean, there was mould, main door unlocked & can’t close. Sofa stained, bedsheet stained & was not clean. Electrical wires out of bulb which can cause fire in one room. Bathroom mould all over the bath

The apartment location is great, the host was really accommodating, will definitely stay here again. Felt like home away from home.

Front door wedged open with a brick. No towels, lightbulbs or bedding. Cleaner had not been and so mess from the previous tenant was all over. Mould, dirty marks on wall, un-emptied bins, broken toilet seat, broken window, TV not working, men urinating outside in front of my 8yo daughter and owner refused to take my calls...so we went home! Unsafe, unclean and nothing good to say other than attempted to re-accommodate us in another room with people already booked in there and they walked in on my young family late at night. Do not stay here!!!!

Poor communication from owner/agent given incorrect code to get in then they didn’t respond back. Bathroom had mould and a missing loft hatch. Lock was missing and so toilet paper had been pushed into it so you couldn’t see in.
