The property was spotless & had everything we needed .

I didn’t like the idea of it being in a yard , we were the only ones there, it was pitch black with no outside lights, I hardly slept for listening for every noise. The couch is very hard & uncomfortable .

The unit is lovely and newly done, and the people on-site were very friendly and really accommodating. I asked for help with the heating, nothing was too much trouble, in fact, they even lit the log burner for me. They gave recommendations for where to walk my dogs locally. Just a really lovely place to stay and I will definitely stay there again.

Ideal for my needs, charming little place stay, no issues, was very happy with my short stay. The bed and the sofa bed are very comfortable. The log burner was a nice addition and warmed up really quickly. All linen/duvets provided and kitchen utensils/ appliances more than met my needs. More than enough space to park in off the road. Would I stay again...most definitely.

For me the location was excellent with family nearby. Issues raised were dealt with quite quickly. Very comfy bed. Generally all that I needed.

Not suitable as a base as no storage available. The problem with the 'guest' sink should have been noticed on cleaning. Would suggest more regular check on the traps of the showers. Realise that the cleaning of the kind of flooring is difficult but when first used the shower with its problems, on walking through with bare feet to the 'guest' facilities it was obvious to me that the floor cleanliness was not of a particularly high standard. The space available for movement either side of the bed is 'neat'.

Close to town. Loved the little wood burning stove. Kept the place warm. Lovely to get wood dropped off at our door on the morning of our second day

Shower room heaters are a bit small. The one in the room just off the bedroom didn’t work at all. Tv was a bit temperamental

Good location for the town centre and getting to main road for travel, great to have off-street parking. Good facilities in the accommodation. Had everything needed for a short stay.

A wee bit cold. Had to light the stove. Decor & flooring could do with a refresh.
