Amazing Lake Views

Nice little house about 20 minutes' walk to the waterfront. Bedrooms a good size and living area/kitchen ample for a small family. Facilities were nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean. Quite close to the road but little noise at night.

Storage area under the house was down a set of stairs, which made getting our bikes in and out a bit of a pain, but no big deal unless you are shifting ebikes.

Excellent accommodation which is very comfortable and in a great location for the city centre and the bus stop which we used to get to Arrowtown and the airport. The host was very helpful and we had a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

From the stunning views to the overall ambience of the home, the stay in Queenstown was excellent. About a 15 minute walk to the downtown area, which you can partly take directly on the lake, was easy and direct. Great stay!

What a view of the bay, brilliant location, a little bit of a walk to the centre but the view made up for that, very comfy apartment, very well appointed and has everything needed. Parking right next to the property. Bit hard to find off the main road but when you know it is a slip road off the main road it makes sense how to access the property by car.

Nothing really, just some feedback though, the main window facing the view really needs a blind or a curtain fitted for the evening and early morning, the neighbour can see straight in, for privacy we suggest that a window covering is required.

Fantastic views of the Remarkables and the Lake, from this very comfortable and well equipped home. Beds were excellent and kitchen facilities great for self catering. A convenient 20 minute walk into the centre of Queenstown.

The view was lovely, and the property was nicely decorated and well equipped with the facilities needed for a holiday home.

Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by a suspected pest issue that raises health and safety concerns. During our stay, my elderly mother and my husband were bitten overnight. My mother developed severe swelling and painful blisters with clear fluid, which caused significant distress and continued after we left the property. We stayed for 4 nights and reported the issue on the 3rd night, as we initially believed the bites may have been caused by mosquitoes. We later found insects on the bed and living room provided photos to Booking.com, but the owner denied the issue. A visual inspection carried out while we were not present did not reflect our actual experience as guests. Due to suspected bed bug exposure at the property, we were required to thoroughly clean and disinfect all of our luggage and belongings after returning home. Bites occurred in one of the bedrooms as well as the living room, meaning guests who stayed only in the main bedroom or only for a short period may not immediately realize the source of the bites. We did not encounter this issue at any other accommodation during our New Zealand trip.

The view is amazing. Really well positioned near Queenstown. Clean and well equipped.
