Molinari House Diamond - Appartamento Raffinato in centro Modena - Free ZTL

Excellent location near the cathedral, main square, old town, bars and cafes and all the main sights. Comfortable apartment - very large beds (even the sofa bed was huge) and, if these things are important to you, TVs in both living room and bedroom. Modena is beautiful - loads of history, wonderful old buildings (from medieval onwards) but not at all touristy. I knew all about Ferrari and the other great Italian car brands from hereabouts, but not that the originator of Panini football cards was from Modena (there's a stylish statue of a footballer and a plaque to commemorate the family)!

Check what festivals/events are happening before booking - we were there the weekend before Easter and there was partying (non-stop techno music) in the main square both Friday and Saturday till 1am. Then the street-cleaners start at 7am...

It is well organized, easy to access and clean.

About location: The location is excellent. You can find many restaurants just as you get down from the apartment. Also there are lots of shopping options. The Modena station is at a walking distance from the apartment. There is also a mini market just at 3 mins walking distance if you want to buy some beer or bottle water or snacks. About the apartment: The access to the apartment was very well informed in advance. It was very clean and spacious for a couple or a small family. It has all the things that you would have in your home. The breakfast was good but maybe a point of improvement to have more options for kids??

Large, clean and cosy apartment, great location if you arrive without a car, friendly hosts, easy check-in

NO parking space as stated in the apartment description. Free parking is available in a common area, a distance from the apartments. During the low season (early October), we spent almost an hour looking for the indicated free parking space. I recommend parking on the street (blue zone, free from 8 pm to 8 am, at another times for 2-3 Eur/hour). It will definitely be much more convenient and closer to the apartments.

Location was great. Breakfast at the cafe nearby was really nice & the staff was really friendly. Quite spacious, would recommend 100%
