Molinari House Diamond - Appartamento Raffinato in centro Modena - Free ZTL

It is a fantastic location. The process was really smooth and the apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The shower room was really good with WC and Bidet, good shower. The apartment was AC and a spare fan, TV etc. It was perfect for relax and walks in the center of the city. The city has lots of shops just beside and a Coop supermarket at 5 minutes walk.

The bins system was not really explained properly. We tried to learn and understand it as to be respectful with the regulations. When the organic and glass day came, we put the bin out at the door as we saw the other neighbours did but it was not collected. Overall the whole system was too over-complicated (this is Italy). The apartment corridor was populated with all sort of belongings and furniture due to construction works in nearby units. We missed a washing machine, which would be a good addition maybe it wasn't installed for safety reasons.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of tranquil Modena. A five minute walk to the famous market; 2 minutes to square with great gelato, restaurants and bars; across the road from branded shopping like H&M, Mango and Benetton. Really well appointed, fantastic shower, great beds, good kitchen with everything you need. Breakfast is cappuccino or espresso and a pastry at the bar 50m from the apartment owned by the brother of the owner. Try the fresh orange juice as well - delicious - and great staff. The lift does not go to the street level so need to take luggage up stairs about half a floor to get to the lift.

Parking, bit far away, but balanced off with central location and you can drop off/ pick-up luggage to the door. shower not best

Central location

Large apartment and bathroom. There were towels, mini cosmetics and even sets with a toothbrush and cotton pads waiting for us. The included breakfast at the owner's brother's place was very tasty. I highly recommend it.

Great location and modern apartment. Our host was responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there !
