VNHad a wonderful stay! The place is very good, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning. The owner is incredibly nice and made our stay even more enjoyable.
NLFor the price I really can't complain. We paid €91 for 2 nights. It doesn't get cheaper than this in Palermo if you want your own bathroom and privacy. Immediately after booking I received a WhatsApp message from the host asking when we would arrive in Palermo. When we arrived we were met by the host's mother. Even though her English was limited we could understand everything. The host on the other hand speaks perfect English and let us know that we could always reach him if we needed help. The apartment is simple and on the ground floor and also has a kitchen that we did not use. Everything was clean and towels were provided. There were also free bottles of water in the fridge and some Sicilian lemons. There is also an air conditioner. The apartment is not in the center, it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the center but we knew this before we booked.
CZI liked the location.
I liked the location. However, the kitchen facilities did not work. The cooker was broken, so I couldn´t heat the water, and the shower room door needs to be fixed, too. The owner doesn´t seem to mind. The important thing to them is that they charge you, which is typical of the Italians in the south. In addition, there was no Internet connection, so due to this indifference I wouldn´t recommend it much. Moreover, they speak poor English.
