Cramped and damp apartment on street level, where you have to keep the windows open at night, which makes it hard to sleep because of the busy street next to the apartment. In my opinion, the pictures are misleading.

Our stay in this apartment in the center of Palermo was absolutely amazing! The apartment is perfectly located - the ideal location allows easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area. The interior is super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made us feel right at home. We traveled as a couple with a small child and a dog, and the apartment was perfectly suited to our needs. It was spacious enough, and the owner took care of every detail to ensure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. However, the biggest asset is the owner - extremely kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions and provide valuable tips about the area. Her hospitality and care for guests make staying here a pure pleasure. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Palermo!

we had a really warm welcome. shower, bedroom, and kitchen were all sufficiently equipped. both apartment and towels were extremely clean. hot water and gas (for cooking) were also available. the rooms were quite spacious and staying there for more than a couple of Days would be quite enjoyable. The apartment is close to train station and most of the landmarks. highly recommend and would stay there again.

try to avoid "Via colonna Rotta" street. based on our experience best possible way to access the apartment is via "Via D'Ossuna" street.
