Good sized apartment for our family

We loved the open plan space, room for 4 people easily. Comfy beds, nice bed linen, air con was a bonus. We liked the quiet location. It was easy to walk to the city, although some people might find the steep hills a bit tricky. Communication with the owners was friendly and efficient.

The floors of the house had not been thoroughly vacuumed, and kitchen surfaces plus some kitchenware/utensils were not clean. The downstairs bedroom was a bit dark and needed airing. The house has a number of tired details and some upgrades would benefit. By contrast, the main bedroom was recently decorated and felt welcoming. The tumble dryer vented into the utility room, so required the window to be open whilst in use. Garage is not suitable for large cars, and the driveway is narrow, which some people will find a challenge. (We got our Mitsubishi Outlander in and out of the garage successfully, by taking it very carefully. )

Great large house with 3 bedroom, a garage to park the car in, Great location to drive to town, you'd have to be a crazy fitness freak, haha to walk up 600m on that hill tho, daunting, Very happy, Owners were great to communicate with,

an observation: lock box was hard to find and the pathway to it would be slippery and dangerous in winter.
