De locatie is middenin het Dartmoor National Park. Alleen maar natuur om je heen en een kabbelende rivier voor je deur. Er zijn overal zitjes gecreëerd waar je heerlijk kan genieten van de vogels en pauwen die rondlopen.

Het complex is pas overgenomen en verdient nog de nodige TLC. Hier wordt hard aan gewerkt.

Beautiful surroundings. Very welcoming and accomodating host. Homely and spacious. All of the appliances we could need/want.

Mold In one of the rooms in the corner. Shower switch dangerous. Very loud when other occupants move around in other apartments. Could have done with a hoover / dustpan to use for the duration of our stay.

"Peaceful, spacious and reflective."

Location Walks up the river, dipping in the water. Space to pause and enjoy family time. Plenty of space. Friendly, quick actioning staff. Wonderful spot for days out. Staff really helpful for wild swimming suggestions. Visited Dartmoor Otter Sanctuary and Buckfast Butterfly Farm and Bodmin for a steam train trip. Dartmoor ponies are amazing. Lovely spot to visit.

Would have preferred a few more utensils, kitchen equipment, an information folder (there was guidance in the visitor book), and a game or two, plenty of space. We did take games but love a game suggestion for bad weather days. We had good weather.

I liked the beautiful setting, very good location, very nice and helpful hosts, the sound of the river next to the house, the very friendly peacocks and lovely dog.

We liked everything.
