Very polite and helpful staff.

No breakfast, but that was explained.

Breakfast was wonderful. I was asked when checking in what I would like for breakfast and at what time. I went down for breakfast and had a lovely table overlooking the courtyard. I was also given some fresh fruit, yoghurt, and granola before my yummy cooked breakfast.

If I had to add a note, it would be that there could have been shampoo and Conditioner in the shower. There was body wash which was nice.

Beautiful room with excellent facilities, gorgeous decor and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, can’t fault The Horse

Fantastic room, lovely en-suite and the comfiest bed ever. (Great Hairdryer too!) In the middle of the village, but very quiet room. Make sure you have a pizza

The staff were really friendly and the room was much better than expected. The food was also great.

I liked the whole experience

Central village location just off the A30; Marlene was delightful and helpful; our room was warm and comfortable with an enormous shower; coffee and tea on tap; pub food was delicious next to a warm fire.

I love a bath after a walk and a day out, but the enormous shower was a bonus.
