The location was perfect - a quiet yet accessible spot in the hotel zone. The staff is fantastic and responsive. The rooms were relaxing and tasteful - you immediately decompress when you step into the hotel grounds. Great options to relax on the beach or swim in the infinity pool if you want to get out of your room.

Honestly, this place well worths a visit, it will but surprise you. We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.

It is more a suggestion than a dislike thing, by the area you have a wide range of choices for restaurants, bars, pubs, the variety is huge, nevertheless, I missed some more meal plans by the Hotel, they just offer breakfast included in the price, but I misseed some half or even full board choices. You can have luch or dinner there, but they are always apart, there are no booking choices to include more than breakfast.

If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing place to stay then Sana is a no brainer. Everyone we encountered working there was friendly, communicative and helpful. Everything we ate was delicious especially the hummus. Absolutely loved the south Tulum location. We will absolutely stay there again.

I got full princess Jasmine vibes staying here it was stunningly beautiful. I opted to stay here since I wanted to relax and unwind it peace and quiet and that’s exactly what this delivered. The place is clean and no complaints on that. There was a lot of sagrado upon my stay BUT nothing hotel could do we just went on bad timing. Things I do think facility could improve on is the overall pool it was quite small as a 5’6 & 6ft couple we didn’t much enjoy the pool as we felt we couldn’t stand on it.
