В этом отеле идеально все. Огромные просторные номера, тишина, отличный пляж. Расположение просто идеальное - напротив очень вкусные такос, мишленовский ресторан. В 5-10 минутах езда на скутере все тусовочные места. В самом отеле отличный ресторан и топовые коктейли. Сервис выше всех похвал. Спасибо Джонатону, благодаря которому все проблемы и вопросы решались за секунды. Эстетика продумана в каждой детали. Это лучшее место, чтобы ваш отпуск прошел идеально.

Property is solid, came during seaweed season, but that wasn’t their fault. My biggest complaint comes from the food, mediocre, and pricey, more the mediocre than the price, I understand it’s Mediterranean style food, but no spice, no salt, I asked for some type of breakfast meat with my breakfast eggs, none available, fix the food menu. Staff was great. New hotel, so I definitely think it can be salvaged.

Il Sana Tulum è un bel resort sulla spiaggia, con uno stile particolare e delle camere belle e spaziose, dotate di tutti i comfort ma la cosa che rende unico questo posto sono le persone! Tutto lo staff è davvero eccezionale! Sempre sorridenti, disponibili e pronti a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e in linea con tutte le esigenze! Siamo davvero felici di aver scelto questo hotel e torneremmo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo anche il loro ristorante, i piatti che abbiamo provato davvero buonissimi, dai beet humus e avocado toast della colazione ai loro fish tacos, deliziosi!! Anche la posizione ottima, vicina a vari ristoranti e beach club e non molto distante dal centro di Tulum!

"Overrated "

This hotel has only been open for 8 months but it looks rundown already. Rooms are nice but very bare. No breakfast included and no a la carte options. Was charged to park my car. Many better options in Tulum
