"It was unpleasant and disheartening for a first time visit to the UK."

The bed was broken, the couch was broken, the wifi half the time isn’t working. Noisy neighbours. Unsafe because there was a likely break in. Had to call my son-in-law for help because it was scary when someone was kicking and prying the door open. We are old folks staying there whilst visiting our daughter in Luton.

Everything wasn’t up to our expectation. Doesn’t seem to be like the photos. Everything was broken, from the door, to the bed, to the toilets and many more.

The property was really clean and very spacious! Plenty of room which was great!

The pillows are very thin, I would suggest getting new ones. The bed isn’t overly comfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was very poor.
