Location to the city centre was awesome, easy walking

How long the hot water took to come thru, totally understand it’s an old house and water probably has a long way to come. I just felt bad about wasting water. Carpet on stairs looks like it could do with a good clean.

Very clean, staff were accommodating and lovely. Plus getting breakfast in the morning was a breeze, with plenty to choose from.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder . Wären nur alle Gastgeber so wie diese. Beide Daumen hoch, von Armin und Carina aus Deutschland 😉

Le charme de la maison, son emplacement et la gentillesse de la jeune fille de l’accueil.

Le couple âgé de propriétaire, impoli (il faut arracher un bonjour) ainsi que le petit - déjeuner qui, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, est décevant : 2 morceaux de pain ou muffins industriels, du jus en bouteille, 3 grains de raisin et 1 mandarine pour tout le monde et le yaourt que le propriétaire remplit chichement …. Nous avons zappé le dernier petit déjeuner, pris en ville où il y a des cafés très sympas !

Eine historische und unkomplizierte Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Dunedin. Das Guesthouse bietet alles, was man für eine Nacht benötigt, und ist eine gute Alternative zu klassischen Hotels. Insgesamt funktional und ausreichend, um die Stadt zu erkunden und eine angenehme Zwischenstation auf der Reise.

Absolutely nothing that detracted from our overall experience – we would happily stay again. A place that leaves a lasting impression - for all the right reasons.

Ein super gemütliches, ruhiges Guest House. Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in Dunedin!
