Could improve breakfast.

This is obviously a great place as I met a few New Zealanders there. My little single bedroom was most comfortable and it was lovely to have a very nice lounge room to relax in the evening. The breakfast was very nice and staff were topping it up as needed. It was most helpful to have on-site parking. The lovely old house was most charming.

Just so others know (it did not worry me at all) that there are only stairs to the first floor.

Breakfast was fine. I managed to find muesli, kiwifruit and almond milk. My room was lovely although it did smell of testosterone which I tried to block out with air freshner The lovely old building was beautifully kitted out and I enjoyed staying in this atmosphere.

I didn't like the smell of testosterone in my small bedroom. However I kind of managed to block it out by using the air freshener from the bathroom. That's all,

Spacious, clean & comfortable accommodation with good parking & a very good breakfast each morning. Friendly staff. Walking distance into the city centre. The only thing to perhaps note is that this is a student area of town and it can be a bit noisy outside if it's a student drinking night lol....but nothing much can be done about that!

Loved the mixed fruit salad and other fruit options for breakfast.
