The location is great — close to restaurants and convenient

There was no hot water in the bathroom. The staff asked for extra money — €15 per child — even though everything was already paid through Booking. He came again later asking for an additional €10 cash for a “tax” that was already included in my original payment

Appartamento ampio e molto confortevole, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Ben attrezzato e fornito di tutto. Il nostro soggiorno è stato di una notte perché abbiamo dovuto affrontare una scala lunga di 1 giorno.

Easy to walk to attractions, clean

Lovely, clean and well-outfitted apartment within walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants & bars. Well priced. Can arrange additional airport transportation.

A better fan would be helpful in the bedrooms especially during the summer. The air conditioner is good but is only in the living room.

Good location

The property was close to the Fiumicino Airport and had a bath! However it was a short stay here because of an early flight. Close to a very well stocked and gourmet supermarket. Also this place is a short ride by local bus from the airport. Take the bus from the airport (medium strip next to local Taxi sign) that says “bus to Fiumicino”. Takes you to a little bus station which is either a 1km walk or another short bus ride (#8) right to the place. This bus doesn’t seem to leave super early - so the only way to get to the airports Is rwtwrewr reerweetetwweéreort for an early flight is to take a taxi/ uber or pay Damiano for a lift (the shuttle bus). He does charge €30 euro which can be a lot given it’s a 5 min drive - so maybe factor this in when deciding what time to fly out. Nice little port right outside the door of the place and a strip of rest on all of similar price, alone with one souvenir shop and a gelato shop!

Two people from our group said they experienced what they thought were bed bugs. The kitchen says it’s fully stocked but was missing a cork screw/bottle opener (priorities!) and a bread knife. Super noisy (cars, people yelling), no lift! Coffee machine wasn’t great - didn’t see anything On The Road to working . Overall. Aww
