Location -400 metres from the local bus stop, the bus costs 1.1 euro pp to the airport, line of restaurants along the way and a supermarket accross the road; Design - both aesthetic and comfortable; Complementary early check-in ...perfect.

Fantastic property. Great location by the pier with tons of restaurants on the same street, and a large grocery store across the street.

Hard to figure out the hot water for the shower

Great location, right next to the peer & all restaurants. Extremely spacious and very nicely decorated apartment. It had everything you could need even for a longer stay. WiFi was fast (I did video-calls without any problem), AC managed perfectly even though it was a heatwave outside during my stay. Communication was excellent prior to arrival & was even allowed earlier check-in.

Overall, the apartment was conveniently located and well-equipped for a short stay near the airport.

The shower was inconvenient as you had to hold it and there were some parts of the apartment that could’ve been cleaner. Also the air conditioner was just in the living room so the rooms get hot.

The host was very friendly and informative, and provided all the information needed in due time. Breakfast can be obtained just a few meters down the street, very convenient.

The location is great for if you want to explore Fiumicino. Would not recommend if you are waiting to board a flight.

No air conditioning, mouldy bath, dirty linen, and we were asked for more money by the owner.
