Fully-furnished Condo Unit in Makati

The host of the place replies immediately with every concern. Security guards and concierge staff are very polite and ready to help at the entrance of the building. The room is clean and no pest.

I hope they can provide additional bigger fleece blankets. Curtains are sheer, towels are old but still useful in drying hands.

Location

Hard to find the location for the first time.

The condo is nice and well kept, the building where it is placed well maintained and quiet, we never had to wait for elevators and it is not crowded. It is close to many restaurants.

Could benefit from better windows (you can hear the music till late at night) and darker curtains as you sleep right under the window.

Elevator card fails to access an elevator .

Unit is clean and spacious with simple decors-- everything inside is functional. Property was easily located by waze or gmaps -just use the property name itself. It's just a few meters from Makati Avenue and Century City. For convenience, restaurants/ banks/cafes/ a mall/pharmacy/and convenience stores are everywhere. Also a good walking distance to various clubs for partygoers since it's in Poblacion area. Host was responsive with my queries.

It's beyond the host's control, but the noise-- from nearby construction site that went on 'til dawn, also sirens and latenight parties from nearby clubs as expected. I think the pillows need to be washed or changed because of their funky smell.
