It is a good value for money.

The location displayed on Booking.com map does not correspond to the real location of the apartment. The correct location is: 14°33'57.9"N 121°01'44.6"E. Search on google "Toccare SPA". It is approximately 15 min on foot or 5 minutes by car from the location shown on Booking.com map. As we arrived late in the night and it was the first time in Manila, it was not a pleasing experience to find ourselves in the middle of the road without knowing where to go. Luckily the owner responded to our call and thanks to a very kind Grab driver, we could reach the condo lobby.

"Nice and clean unit but needs to improve air conditioning"

Clean and well-divided space. Accommodating and helpful staff

The aircon was really loud. Used the electric fan instead but it was not any better. It was hard to get a good sleep.

clean amd can accomodate family

it would be nice if there is a card holder for each guest so it won't be troublesome to be asking favours to the staff everytime we want to use rhe elevator.
