AMIf you are passing through Villa San Giovanni either going to or from Sicily, you should not even think of staying anywhere else but here! Honestly. Filly, the owner, is extremely friendly, and my room was so immaculately clean and neat and modern and comfortable. And the huge kitchen/sitting room is incredibly well equipped. Xenion is very close to the ferry dock. Great lighting, extremely comfortable bed, fast wifi, roller shutters on all the windows, nice air conditioning. I can’t recommend any place more than this one, and I stay at so many Booking.com places all over the world, especially in Europe.

ITStruttura accogliente, camera ordinata e pulita, bagno in comune nuovo e pulito. La titolare signora Filly gentile e disponibile ci ha fornito indicazioni utili su ristoranti della zona, luoghi da visitare a Reggio e dintorni. Consigliatissimo!!
DEDie Unterkunft bietet grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich.
Die Matratze war schon sehr altersschwach und für mich mit 1,94 m eindeutig zu kurz.
PLMega czysto, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i miła, pomocna właścicielka.. Blisko na dworzec i do portu. Uroczy ogródeczek w ktorym można było wypić poranna kawę. Z czystym sercem polecam to miejsce, jakbym miała wracać do Villi to na pewno tam 😇
FRSuper accueil, nous avons très bien dormi, au calme, et avons pu garer nos 3 motos devant la chambre, c'était parfait !
