USBicycle Friendly! Excellent communications and warm welcome from host Filly. It is nice to be able to use the large sitting room and microwave to make a hot drink. Easy to access the ferry terminal and train station. Easy walk to restaurants. the WiFi was good. It is a quiet, secure location.
Booking said breakfast was provided. It isn’t, just a vending machine with coffee capsules and biscuits. That said, there is a cafe 10 m down the street that opens at 6:00am and several small grocers very close. Villa San Giovanni has the largest Conad store I’ve seen and it is a 10 min walk. If you wish to cook a meal in the kitchen, there is a €10 surcharge. It would be helpful to have a hair dryer in the room.

AUI had a fantastic stay, Filly was an amazing host and made me feel very welcomed! A lovely, homely feeling accomodation, everything was clean with a kitchen/dining/lounge area to use also. I was able to keep my bicycle safe in the secured courtyard too.
