Very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Local shops nearby.easy to get to Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington and other small bays nearby Will definitely be returning,

Nothing I can think of that I didn’t like.

Had everything we needed and in a very good location

No heating or hot water . When managed to get heating on there was a constant whistling noise which became unbearable so heating had to be turned off and we stayed cold so couldn’t shower properly

It was perfect for 4 of us- very clean and comfortable, lovely ensuites to both bedrooms. Plenty of parking . Tucked away

It was all Great- I think it’s quite newly been done so perhaps not all kitchen “essentials” have yet been considered- could do with a few more serving bowls/ corkscrew was broken. Vacuum cleaner would be useful- but these are just suggestions- not complaints. We will definitely recommend to others and likely to return for a longer stay

Good breakfast

Just had an issue with the boiler when we arrived. The staff sorted it pretty soon.

Location was ideal as visiting relatives in area. Although located in the pub grounds it wasn't noisy.

No Baking trays for the oven so had to improvise with cooking dinner. Kitchen tap had a leak. shower head leaked, toilet seat had a crack in it. Only 3 Mugs for 4 people

Great location with access to the pub, staff were do friendly and had a lovely meal

Daft things like loose toilet seats and no cloth to wash up reduced the feeling of quality
