Great location, comfortable and perfect for our requirements.

No shower gel / shampoo and no toilet brush but these are only minor constructive criticisms.

Clean and contemporary. Spacious and warm! Staff very accommodating.

The shower in one room was difficult because of the position of the shower head/ the shower head kept slipping down.

The bed we slept in wasn’t very comfortable, we both woke up with backache, but our 2 teenage daughters bed was fine. It was really cold when we got there as no heating was on, I did play around with the boiler and managed to fathom it out but then it made a whistling noise when it was in which was annoying. I think the heating should have been on for us when we got there.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and a very pleasant surprise. In the area we wanted.

Location good next to a bus stop train station 10 mins walk away. Breakfast was good but service and facilities poor

The accommodation was perfect for the money just one aspect that wants addressed. There needs to be a bannister erected on the stairs. There is a bannister to the left hand side but only half way up, there needs a pole on the right hand side wall all the way up the stairs.

Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, Friendly and helpful staff.

The taps on the shower in the end bedroom were very very stiff which we could hardly turn them to regulate the temperature, thus nearly got scolded. Wonky toilet seats, noisy central heating and noisy church bells

Great location. Spotlessly clean.we had our evening meal and breakfast at the White Swan just next door food was great.Just wish we could have stayed longer.
