I wish to share so much frustration on this Stay 1) due to some reason my original booking at other place got cancel 2) this is alternative booking was even worse as the last minute booking the new price was higher than the original 3) as i have to picked the cheapest available option the Aloha Hotel was a nightmare i- as i prefer a family room the hotel actually booked us for connecting room (i can find other better options) ii- the room and toilets was dirty even have cockroaches alive ii- when i asked for extra pillow they said wait then after 1 hour they said the housekeeping have goes back and locked the store this is about 7-8pm and they said will send the pillow next morning (i response i need pillow for sleep not breakfast) iii- No Iron available for guests iv- Parking basement only enough for 10 car This trip is celebrating my wife birthday and our belated anniversary The chain of events so much spoiled the moment

Only location is commendable acceptable , near to 7 eleven and close walking distance to market

Overall pretty bad & extremely old in aspect of room design, and zero cleanness, hotel management need to review it , hotel room walkway is dirty like never vacuum for weeks

1st if compared before flood, this property lobby is run down. After experience, the lobby is brighter and have air con too. Also beside the hotel, there is a new 7-11 with is much more convenience for us. Room wifi is upgraded.

Stair case not bright enough and certain floor without light. Also at nite there is hotel staff or security sleep in the sofa.

ทีมแม่บ้านที่ทำความสะอาดห้อง ไม่เป็นมืออาชีพ ทำความสะอาดห้องไม่ทั่วถึง หัวเตียงฝุ่นเขรอะ พรมทางเดินหน้าห้อง เหมือนไม่เคยดูดฝุ่นเลย แต่พอเข้าใจได้ เพราะเผชิญกับน้ำท่วม อาจจะยังไม่เข้าที่เหมือนเมื่อก่อน ไม่มีการเช็คระบบน้ำให้เรียบร้อยก่อนให้แขกเช็คอิน ทั้งน้ำชักโครก น้ำอ่างล้างมือ น้ำจากฝักบัว ไหลออกมามีตะกอนขุ่นดำ จนต้องมีการย้ายห้อง
