So far all are good and location is near central Lee garden

I have so much bad experience, we book hote 3days 2 nighy. Check in 29th April, check out 1st May. Only 29tb April we get clean water for in washroom. Start on 30th morning till we check out, the water is brownish and black which we cannot use at all . I have inform the hotel on 30th they come and check and say cannot do anything. I asked to change room but not available, they offer to change room on 1st and what is the use we will check out on 1st May. Hence start from 30th April morning till 1st May 12pm we cannot use water in room at all. We mineral water which we buy by ourself for drink anc clean ourself, we are 2 adult, 1 teenage and 1 toddler 3 years old. I have attached picture and video as well

everything was perfect and satisfying.

The hotel dont provide the iron. I need to buy from lotus. There are the smell that not very pleasant. The hotel location is strategic but the parking is not really convenience. Its a public area and first come first basis.
