I loved the property and the staff - they were very accommodating and kind.

If there was a way for us to be able to open the gate that would be great. Otherwise, phenomenal stay. I would stay there again! The staff were all wonderful and kind.

A kert nagyon szép. Mohamed mindenben maximálisan segítőkész volt.

Törött wc deszka, 2 napig nem volt melegvíz. Reggeli unalmas és száraz, kérésre sem volt zöldség vagy gyümölcs. Az előző napi lepény volt felmelegítve, belül kőkemény volt. Narancslés poharak éppenhogy félig töltve. Főépületben lehetetlen a pihenés, nulla hangszigetelés a szobák között. Főútról még bezárt ablak és leengedett redőnynél is mindent hallani, pláne a szomszéd egész éjjel kukorékoló 4-5 kakasát. Első este a teraszon kellett más szállásvendégekkel együtt ennünk az 5 fokban, mert az egyetlen zárt ( amúgy az is éppenhogy 15 fokos ) helység tele volt az utcáról egy italért betérő vendégekkel. A személyzetet nem nagyon érdekelte, hogy a több száz eurot fizető vendégek kényelme legyen az első. Booking szabályzata szerint kisállat nem vihető, ennek ellenére felettünk 2 napig vinnyogott egy kiskutya, amit a kertben pisiltettek.

The hotel is located around 20 min outside of fes with farms all around, it's super peaceful. The room was big, with a huge balcony, which had a treadmill, and a really nice seating area. Mohamed, at the front desk, was super nice and helpful. The room was super nicely heated.

The shower leaked water through the door and we had water all over the floor. The main room has only 2 power plugs on either side of the bed, which are supposed to be used by night lamps. So it's either you have power or lights. There were no plug by the desk, so I had to work on the bed.

L'établissement était magnifique, très propre, calme, bien décoré et bien rangé, le personnel était professionnel,... Le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux.

La salle de bain sans chauffage, L'établissement est loin de la ville..

The place looks nice. Lots of trees.

ANTS. ANTS everywhere. In the bed, on the tables, on the toilet, on the food EVERYWHERE. its disgusting. No complimentary water or coffee. Breakfast is limited and tastes bad. Location is so far and inconvenient. The reception has a bad attitude. Very disappointing experience.
