The breakfast was fantastic and a great value. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Everything I asked for or about they helped me with!

The first room we were in was ortseen in terms of cleanliness and that was on the 4th floor. Unfortunately the TV wouldnt work, so they then moved us to the 6th floor. This second room had badly stained carpets and just did not present as clean as th eother room. Even the walls were more dirty.

Breakfast was good quality. The rooms were nice and the location good.

The beds were not very comfortable and not enough pillows for two people sleeping on one bed.

Staff was really friendly. Location was great Gilbert area.

Not sure if something that can be done but oustside windows needed some cleaning, but was horrid

The blinds did not open, mold in tub, beds were very hard
