We didn’t get out room clean for Some reason we left after 12 and they never went to gave us at lease clean towels

Top floor did NOT have any view except another hotel and parking lot. AND we must have been under the roof HVAC . The hum/noise in the room was so loud. Very disappointing.

"It was a good place to stay for my trip where I had access to food, amenities and centrally located."

Conveniently located and close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and Starbucks. Easy access to the freeway as well.

Out of 3 front desk people I experienced, only one was not as personable as the others or as engaging. Also, a few more options for breakfast would be nice. I sent an email to request to check if any item was available to be included in my room. I never received a response.
